Structure and working principle:
There are 3 water pipes which are made of stainless steel around the drum, and the water pressure on water nozzles is 0.6~0.8MPa. There are also units of screens on the surface of the drum. The screens are made of stainless steel, and the size of the screen pore will be made as per customer’s requests to separate smaller and bigger materials.
When the raw materials go into the drum through the feed opening, the water nozzles start to spray the flushing water to wash the raw materials. Along with rotation of the drum, the materials went to the discharge opening at the other end of the drum, meanwhile, the smaller materials, mud, clay and waste water go out of the drum through the screens. The bigger materials will go out of the drum through the discharge opening.
