Introduction:

Series GJT-B food metal detector is the latest product in metal detecting field. In circuit design, this product adopts the latest digital phase shifting and related detecting technologies. It is widely used together with belt conveyors in food, thermal power, cement, paper, mining, forestry, environment protection, building materials and other industries. 

Working principle:

Series GJT-B metal detector consists of the metal detecting device and auto cleaning device, and the metal detecting device is the hard core. There are three groups of coils distributed in the metal detecting device, including one group of central transmitting coils and two coordinated groups of receiving coils. The high frequency variable magnetic field is created by the oscillator connected to the central transmitting coils. In idle condition, the induced voltage of the two coordinated groups of receiving coils cancel out and reach equilibrium state when the magnetic field is not disturbed. Once the metal impurities enter the magnetic field area, the magnetic field is disturbed, and the equilibrium state will be broken, and the uncanceled-out induced voltage will be enlarged and processed by the control system, meanwhile an alarm signal is made. The system can take advantage of the alarm signal to drive the auto cleaning device or stop the belt conveyor

for manual cleaning.
